Architectural New Builds
Building new? Wanting to create something slightly different from the norm? Here at Patchett Builders we love brilliant architecture, and enjoy the influence clever design has on how spaces are seen, used and utilise the sun. Company Director Tom Patchett has been building architectural new builds in the Christchurch area for most of the 15 years that he has been in building (Also including stints in Vancouver and London). Tom has worked with plenty of architects and is happy to suggest some great options for you, or of course should you already have an architect we are happy to work with them.
Renovation / Extension
Wanting to change up the space that you already have or add to it? We would love to help. It is great to be able to upgrade the spaces that you already have to make them work better for you. It is always amazing to see how clever and thoughtful design can create wonderful spaces that improve the quality of life for the home owners. Working with existing buildings always has its own challenges that require experience, adaptability and communication. We know that the most important thing through renovations and building in general is clear communication, with Patchett Builders the client is always involved and kept up to date with progress and any discoveries made along the way.
Small Jobs
No job too small, please feel welcome to get us involved. Whether you are wanting to renovate your bathroom, add a deck or what ever your improvements are, we would love to help you in any way we can.
